Building Community Through Movement
Caribbean Hub Sports Day celebrates Caribbean culture through sports, fitness and friendly competition. Bringing together families and community members of all ages, the event creates a fun and welcoming space to stay active, connect and enjoy some good old-fashioned Caribbean sports day traditions.
Sports, Games & Caribbean Vibes
Inspired by traditional Caribbean sports days, activities include cricket, relay races, lime-and-spoon races, tug-of-war, team challenges and Soca Fit — a high-energy fitness experience powered by Caribbean music.
Beyond the games, Sports Day is about building friendships, encouraging teamwork and strengthening community connections while keeping Caribbean traditions alive.
Keeping the Tradition Alive
Caribbean Hub is committed to creating more opportunities for youth and families to connect through sports, recreation and cultural programming.
Sports Day is part of our broader work to celebrate Caribbean heritage, support youth development and build stronger communities across British Columbia.
