DWTN Winter Lime brings Caribbean warmth to the winter with a free, family-friendly celebration of Caribbean culture in downtown Victoria. Enjoy Caribbean music, food, cultural activities, local vendors, family fun and plenty of opportunities to dance, connect and celebrate together.

Caribbean Hub acknowledges that our programs and events take place on the traditional and unceded territories of Indigenous Peoples throughout British Columbia, who have stewarded these lands since time immemorial.

As a Caribbean-led organization with strong Afro-Caribbean roots, we also recognize our histories of colonization, the transatlantic slave trade, and the forced displacement and enslavement of African peoples.

We honour these histories through our commitment to preserving culture, building respectful relationships, and creating spaces where communities can celebrate their identities and traditions.
