East Meets West brings together East Indian and West Indian (Caribbean) communities to celebrate our shared roots, unique traditions, and cultural connections.

Through food, music, dance, games, and storytelling, we’ll explore the similarities and differences between our cultures while building meaningful connections.

East Meets West is a community potluck, and everyone is encouraged to contribute a traditional East Indian or West Indian (Caribbean) dish, snack, dessert, or beverage.

How it works:

1. Register yourself and your family.
2. Tell us what you’re bringing and where it’s from.
3. Bring your contribution ready to serve and enjoy the celebration!

How much should you bring?

We’re expecting around 150 guests, but you don’t need to feed everyone! Approximately 15–25 small tasting portions are appreciated, where possible. Homemade and store-bought contributions are welcome. One contribution per household is appreciated.
